    Report sightings of whales, sea turtles, dolphins and porpoises.
    Many of these are listed under the Species at Risk Act (SARA) as having threatened status.
    The toll-free number was set up to encourage people to report the location and behaviour of these marine animals.
    The information reported from sightings will help researchers to track movements and determine population size.
